6th grade QUIZ
6th grade Unit II QUIZ STUDY GUIDE
Sneller's home room will have their quiz on Wed, Dec 14th and Quist's home room will be on Thur. Dec 15th
I will need to know the following information:
1. ALL my verbs from the verb charts in their different forms (yo, tú, él, ella, and usted)
· Beber, comer, ir, jugar, comprar, tener, querer, and costar
2. The vocabulary from 6-11
· You must know how to SPELL them correctly!
· The “tener” expressions (hambre, sed, frío, and calor)
· Numbers 0-40
3. The rule “when 2 verbs go a walking… the 1st one does the talking¨
· Example: I want to play basketball. (Yo quiero jugar basquetbol). Want/quiero is the 1st verb and it changes to have a letter “o” on the end. To play/jugar is the 2nd verb and it does NOT change!
4. How to answer questions in Spanish in a complete sentence
· Example: ¿Qué quieres? (What do you want) Yo quiero pastel por favor (I want cake please)
· Example: ¿Cuánto cuestan los lápices? (How much do the pencils cost?) Los lápices cuestan cinco dólares. (The pencils cost 5 dollars)
5. Cultural information from our Navidad Alrededor del Mundo group research and presentations.

5th grade Unit II QUIZ
5th grade Unit II Spanish QUIZ: En Clase
This quiz will be on Thursday, Dec 8th for Schellenberg's homeroom and Friday, Dec 9th for Boerma's homeroom.
I should take home my Spanish binder and study:
1. My vocabulary lists (pg. 1, 6, & 15)
a. For vocabulary practice you could fold your sheet in half and quiz your self
b. You could also make flash cards
c. You could go to my quia site and do online flash cards and vocab practice. This is accessible through my blog or go directly to www.quia.com/profiles/rbagnall15 and select 5th grade Activities
2. Know the different uses and meanings of:
a. HAY: There is/there are
b. Tengo: I have
c. Necesito: I need
3. Be able to understand and respond to the following questions:
a. ¿Cuál es la fecha? (What is the date) Es el # de diciembre
b. ¿Qué día es hoy? (What day is it today) Hoy es lunes, martes, etc pg. 11
c. ¿Cómo es la clase? (How is the class?) Es fácil, díficil, etc pg. 8
d. ¿Qué necesitas para la clase de _____________? (What do you need for _________ class) Yo necesito Tijeras, hoja de papel, etc
e. ¿A qué hora tienes la clase de ___________? (What hour do you have ________ class?) La primera hora, segunda hora, etc) pg. 9
*You could play the REVIEW game on pg. 16 (answers are on pg 17) on your own or with someone from home!
*The QUIZ will be worth 30 POINTS and will include matching, multiple choice, and fill in the blank J

7th grade PHOTO STORIES: Home Remedy Project
1. A beginning slide with your FULL name
2. At least 3 different pictures that relate to your home remedy
3. The new words that you used & their English meaning typed on the bottom of each slide
4. Good pronunciation and annunciation (speak clearly, slowly, and with enthusiasm)
5. Saved in the SPANISH HAND IN FILE: 7th grade photo stories home remedy folder
6. DUE by Friday, Dec 9th!
